Boston & Co supplies fresh, raw and frozen animal-based meals intended for immediate refrigeration or freezing upon delivery.

Due to strict food safety standards and the highly perishable nature of these products:

Once delivered, fresh or frozen raw products cannot be returned.

This protects:

• Product integrity

• Animal safety

• Cold-chain compliance

• Cross-contamination risks

Returned raw food cannot legally or ethically be re-used, resold or redistributed.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns on:

• Fresh raw meals

• Minced blends

• Frozen raw meals

• Custom blends

• Raw meaty bones

• Organs or muscle meats

• Any perishable item once delivered

This includes situations such as:

• Pet preference

• Ordering error

• Change of mind

• Storage issues after delivery

• Transition sensitivity
