Vibrant Venison
Vibrant Venison brings together Springbok, Eland, Zebra, Wildebeest and Kudu in one varied red-meat recipe, with the venison proteins making up more than half of the finished meal.
Meaty duck carcass provides natural edible bone together with residual meat, connective tissue and fat. Because venison is naturally lean, the duck component also helps broaden the animal-fat profile without relying on large amounts of added oils.
Beef liver, kidney and spleen are included for specific nutritional roles. Liver contributes vitamin A, copper, folate and other B vitamins; kidney supplies selenium and B vitamins; while spleen is particularly valuable as a natural source of haem iron.
Whole anchovies contribute marine EPA and DHA, while free-range whole egg supplies highly digestible protein, choline, phospholipids and additional fat-soluble nutrients.
Unlike most of our recipes, Vibrant Venison intentionally carries a slightly broader plant component. Sweet potato, carrot, apple, pear and spinach provide fibre and varied plant phytonutrients while still keeping the finished recipe 91% animal-derived.
Why chia?
Finely milled chia provides a concentrated whole-food source of ALA omega-3, together with fibre and naturally occurring minerals.
